Project Financing and Project Management
- Development of investment projects concepts, business plans, investment memorandums for promotion of projects to potential investors / creditors;
- Projects structuring, financial modeling, development of schemes and financing terms, development of investment requests;
- Interaction with financial institutions on behalf of initiators of the project concerning attraction of financial resources;
- Assistance in carrying out necessary project appraisals (marketing, financial, technical and etc.) at the stage of decision about financing;
- Integrated management of investment projects, function’s execution of the technical customer;
- Activity’s coordination of all involved organizations in preparation and project implementation (the customer, the project organizations, contract organizations, interaction with state agencies and etc.)
